"I had been thinking about switching insurance companies all year but kept putting it off until one day our vehicle was deemed a total loss as a result of an auto accident in October. That event was the kick in the butt I needed to stop thinking and actually look for a new home and auto policy bundle. "Three days ago during a wind storm in the northern valley, 60 road miles from wasilla, a dead standing spruce fell & crashed into my windshield! This happened early in the morning. As I prefer to talk to my personal agent, Alley Hewlett or one of the girls in her office, my call was answered by Alex, a new employee. I’ve been a SF customer now for years. As I answered all the questions Alex asked, living this far north presents challenges. My call to Alex was at nine and from there he took charge! By 10:30 my car was towed to wasilla for windshield repair at Glass Dr. (hats off to those dudes they handled their business)!!!!!!! I was fully prepared to wait days before I got my car back & is an important tool considering my location. Alex was the BOMB…. He handled me exquisitely! I’m glad he’s now with Allie Hewitt. I know I can call upon him in the future if I should need to. Oh & least I forget Elite towing from the valley! Talk about Pros all around! A bad situation that only presented good thank you everyone for handling your business"

"Allie Hewitt and her team are amazing, end of story. Go see them. I had been trying to get a quote for farm tractor insurance (fyi, as of writing this review, I don't have a farm OR a tractor, but you have to get insurance for a tractor loan. Well, really any loan for that matter, the bank wants their property insured while you pay for it. I need the tractor for snow removal during the winter. I mean, obviously during the winter, not much snowfall during the summer. Doesn't mean one can't use the tractor during the summer for chores, just not for clearing snow. During summer. I'm getting sidetracked) for a week from my regular insurance company, all to no avail. Couldn't get a quote. Couldn't be done. I moped my way into Allies office, despondent, already resigned to a no-tractor-having-life, a miserable existence spent shoveling pitiful amounts of snowfall, like a peasant. As I walked in, I was greeted by Kaylyn, who assured that I WOULD GET INSURANCE, and directed me to Kathryn, who sprung into action IMMEDIATELY. They were like Batman, and another, slightly shorter, Batman. The office was filled with the furious sounds of a keyboard clicking with CONVICTION and mouse clicks of RESOLVE, and all the while Allie oversaw everything with DETERMINATION, like a general surveying a battlefield, or a surgeon also surveying a battlefield. Anyways, I got more help in a half hour from these ladies, than the whole of last week had got me. Go see them! They can help you too! And the quote I got from Allies team ended up being less than half of the quote I got from my original insurance company, when they got back to me. So, 5 stars. I have no notes. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional."
